These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of luckylux.online and your stay at, or use of the facilities of, SlotSuites Casino Hotel (the "Casino Hotel"). By booking a room, entering the casino floor, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing luckylux.online or making a reservation with SlotSuites Casino Hotel, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Age & Eligibility
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room at the Casino Hotel and at least 21 years of age to enter the gaming floor or participate in any casino hotel gaming activity, or such other minimum age required by applicable law. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in and at the casino floor entrance.
3. Reservations & Payment
All room and suite reservations at the Casino Hotel are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to guarantee a booking. Rates displayed on luckylux.online are per room, per night, exclusive of applicable taxes and resort fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in unless otherwise noted at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, may be charged the equivalent of one night's stay. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. Casino Floor Rules
Access to the Casino Hotel gaming floor is subject to applicable gaming regulations and house rules, including but not limited to age verification, dress code, table limits and responsible-gaming policies. SlotSuites Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse gaming floor access or service to any individual in accordance with applicable law.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests throughout the Casino Hotel property. SlotSuites Casino Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest from the property, including the gaming floor, for conduct that is disruptive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotSuites Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of luckylux.online or your stay at the Casino Hotel, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on luckylux.online, including text, graphics, logos and the SlotSuites Casino Hotel name and branding, is the property of SlotSuites Casino Hotel or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlotSuites Casino Hotel is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of luckylux.online or continued stays at the Casino Hotel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
